Welcome New Scouts!

T

roop 227 welcomes two new scouts, Paden and Caleb.  Let’s all encourage these two fine young men as they journey toward becoming Eagle Scouts!

 

Congratulations

W

e extend our congratulations to Will, First Class Scout, for receiving the Shanon Wayne Dickerson Citizenship Award from Trinity Elementary School.  This award is presented to the student who best exhibits good citizenship, honesty, leadership, perseverance, and respect for others.

  • June 14 – Court of Honor, Crieve Hall Chapel, 6:30 PM, Class A uniforms.
  • June 19 – 20 Campout.  1 night, Grimes Canoe Base.
  • June 21 – Troop Meeting, 6:30 PM.
  • June 28 – July 2 – Summer Camp, Boxwell Reservation.

 

Future Dates

  • August 6 – 8 – Campout, 2 nights, Appalachian Trail.  By Scoutmaster invitation only.
