Wilderness Survival Campout -August 25-26

O

n our last campout we went to William's grandparents farm for a wilderness survival campout.  We left Friday and returned Saturday afternoon.  When we arrived at our campsite, we set up our tarps and made five fires (one for each pair of Scouts).  On Saturday we did an emergency drill where Christopher and Landry got lost and we had to find them.  We also did other things that might happen if one was to get lost and we took the proper steps to correct them.  The three Scouts who did not already have the Wilderness Survival merit badge earned it on this trip.  And the best news is we all survived!
